Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and current information for each patient on assigned unit(s).
• Assists Dietitian with monitoring of patients who are NPO, on liquid diets or need to have intake recorded.
• Assists patients with menu selections and works with the Food and Nutrition Department in assembling meals and delivering trays.
• Communicates any patient/resident related problems to appropriate personnel, in a timely manner.
• Adheres to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
