Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring Patient Dining Associates to support Mayo Clinic Mankato unit with meal service, menu guidance, and tray assembly. Roles include both full-time and part-time schedules with rotating weekends and holidays.

You will work with nursing and culinary teams to meet dietary requirements, follow safety standards, and help ensure patient satisfaction in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by helping with menu selections and delivering meals.
• Assemble meals according to patient menus and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Maintain food safety by following HACCP and HIPAA policies.
• Coordinate with nursing and culinary teams to meet dietary requirements.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
