Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is hiring Patient Dining Associates (Dietary Aide) for Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear, AZ. Roles available: full-time and part-time with flexible schedules, including weekends.

Prior customer service experience preferred; duties include meal assistance, tray assembly, and patient safety. Position requires lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and basic math/computer skills.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Assemble meals according to patient menu selections and retrieve trays at assigned times.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when handling food and maintaining clean work stations.
• Support dietitians and monitor patients on specific diets as needed.
• Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate staff promptly.
