Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) positions at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ. Scheduled weekends are required; fixed pay rate is $19.50 per hour. This role supports patient care and hospital operations while complying with safety and HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and maneuver food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Assemble and deliver meals accurately and in a timely manner.
• Retrieve trays from patient rooms at assigned times and ensure proper sanitation and safety.
