Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for a full-time role at Providence St Johns Health in Santa Monica, CA. The position offers a $25.00 hourly pay rate with days and hours varying and immediate start availability.

In this role you will assist patients with menu selections, coordinate with nursing and culinary teams, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure safety and quality standards. Benefits for full-time staff are included.

Qualifications

• 1 year customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Coordinate with caregivers and culinary team for menu alternatives respecting allergies and cultural needs.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on time.
• Comply with HIPAA, HACCP, and sanitation policies.
