Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for a part-time position at Mayo Clinic in Barron, WI. You will assist patients with menu selections, assemble meals, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires basic English literacy, simple computer and math skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Schedule varies with rotating weekends; pay is $17.50 to $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Provide menu alternatives for allergies and dietary preferences with caregivers and culinary team.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals; retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with regulatory standards including HIPAA and facility policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when handling food and cleaning
• Follow infection control policies in the facility
• Assist dietitians by monitoring patients on restricted diets
• Communicate problems to appropriate personnel promptly
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly reports per Morrison Healthcare policies
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
