Responsibilities

• Assemble meals, manage tray tickets, and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA, confidentiality, and rights policies; adhere to HACCP guidelines and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor and communicate any issues to appropriate staff in a timely manner.
• Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly reports and comply with health regulations.
