• Manage tray tickets, assemble meals accurately, and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with all regulatory standards and confidentiality policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and infection control protocols.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on special diets.
• Report any issues promptly and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver food carts.
