Location: Greenbrier Valley Medical Center - 1320 Maplewood Avenue, Ronceverte, WV 24970

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, hours may vary, including every other weekend. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience; on-the-job training provided for all experience levels.

Perks: $500 Sign-on Bonus! $250 upon first paycheck, and $250 after 90 days of employment.

Pay Range: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Assist patients with menu selections, assemble, deliver, and pick-up meal trays, ensuring safety and satisfaction by delivering accurate meals at the right temperature.

Essential Duties

1. Help patients understand menu options and coordinate with nursing for nutritional needs.
2. Determine menu alternatives respecting allergies, cultural, and religious preferences.
3. Manage tray tickets, assemble meals accurately, and retrieve trays timely.
4. Comply with regulatory standards, including HIPAA, and follow food safety guidelines (HACCP).
5. Assist dietitians with monitoring special diets and patient needs.
6. Communicate concerns promptly and complete required reports.
7. Adhere to sanitation and infection control policies.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds and maneuver carts.
