Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring Patient Dining Associates to support Ascension Seton Northwest in Austin. Roles include preparing and delivering meals, assisting patients with menu selections, and ensuring meals meet prescribed nutrition and timing requirements.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules. A valid Food Handler's card is required; training is provided. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required. Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu choices and coordinate with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu options for patients with allergies or dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assemble meals per patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with federal, state and facility HIPAA policies and procedures.
