Job summary

Compass Group USA’s TouchPoint division is hiring immediately for full-time Patient Server positions at Ascension Seton Cedar Park Hospital. You will support patient meal service on assigned units, assemble trays, deliver and retrieve them, and accommodate dietary needs with care and accuracy.

The role requires prior patient service experience; schedule is full-time with varying days/hours. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour, with benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and patient service experience required.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for patient food service on assigned units, including menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick-up, and in-between meal delivery.
• Take patients' menu selections prior to each meal and ensure dietary restrictions are followed.
• Assemble trays accurately according to menu selections and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Maintain patient information, assist with monitoring diets, and follow safety and HIPAA policies.
• Contribute to patient satisfaction by providing quality service.
