Job summary

Unidine is seeking a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at Fauquier Health in Warrenton, VA. You will help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and ensure meals meet safety and timing standards.

No prior experience is required. The role offers on-site training, a full-time schedule from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends, and a starting wage of $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and push food delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing for dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies and preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays at scheduled times.
• Comply with HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient rights policies.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Support dietitians in monitoring patients on restricted diets when needed.
• Record daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by policies.
