Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assemble, serve, and collect patient meals and snacks on a rotating schedule.
• Maintain sanitation of work areas and follow sanitary food practices at all times.
• Pass nourishments, tube feedings, and adjust trays per diet orders.
• Record patient intake and monitor food consumption and menu selections.
• Assist with inventory and stock blue orders on units and floor stock levels.
• Help with limited food preparation and tray assembly as needed.
