• Must be able to prepare patient meals according to set menu and CMS standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen per regulations.
• Complete logs and support daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation for patients according to set menu, standardized recipes, patient's medical diet order, and CMS standards.
• Food preparation for the Café based on supervisor approved menu, direction, and recipes.
• Complete all logs as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete daily and periodic cleaning assignments.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment. Follow State and County sanitation regulations.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor such as dishes, restocking, cleaning equipment, or other tasks.
• Follow safety equipment usage and safety standards; report issues related to patient care, safety, and sanitation to supervisor.
