Qualifications

• In high school, high school graduate or GED.
• 6 months in customer service field/ office.
• Good computer skills and able to navigate on various computer programs.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates diet office activities related to patient trayline and production.
• Processes patient meal selections ensuring compliance with diet orders.
• Prints daily reports such as allergy, host round sheets, daily census.
• Verifies diet order changes in the computor system against hospital records.
• Processes charges and maintains accurate records in logs.
• Delivers excellent customer service to patients, families and staff.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and safety/ sanitation standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support department needs.
