Job summary

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC in Kernersville, NC is seeking a Front Desk Registration/Patient Coordinator for full-time shifts. You will greet patients, verify registrations, schedule appointments, and support insurance verification to ensure smooth check-in and checkout.

Three 12-hour shifts weekly (Thu, Fri, Sat, 7:30am–8:00pm) with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, PTO after 3 months, and a company matching 401(k). Reliable transportation required.

Front Desk Registration/Patient Coordinator - Full-Time

Position Summary:

As a Patient Coordinator, you will be one of the first points of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support the front desk by assisting with registration, scheduling, insurance verification, phone calls, and other daily patient needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and provides excellent customer service while working in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.

In this position, you will gain valuable experience in registration and scheduling skills. Reliable transportation is a prerequisite.

Job Details:

• Position Status: Full-time flex (32+ hours/week)
• Location: Outpatient imaging center in Kernersville, NC
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 7:30am - 8:00pm
