ivyrehab is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Highland, NY to join our clinics and enhance the patient experience. You will greet patients, schedule visits, handle calls, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and support the clinic’s operational performance.

They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world-class customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking-in patients, scheduling appointments, answering incoming phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining necessary authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.
