Job summary

Ageless Men's Health Ahwatukee location is seeking a Patient Coordinator to manage front desk operations, greet patients, handle scheduling, verify insurance, and process payments. You will be the face of the clinic, delivering concierge-level service and building lasting patient relationships in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 1–3 years in a medical/healthcare environment, excellent customer service, and strong organizational skills to maintain a smooth patient flow and HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical/healthcare setting required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
• Organized, dependable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software.
• Experience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men’s health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information.
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment.
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience.

Patient Coordinator – Ageless Men's Health

Location: Ahwatukee in Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $26 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard daytime hours (no nights or weekends). Must be available for scheduling during normal business hours.
