Job summary

Ageless Men’s Health, located in Spokane Valley, WA, is seeking a Patient Coordinator to manage the front desk, greet patients, verify insurance, and handle scheduling. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends, and a starting pay of $26 per hour.

You will drive patient flow, support retention initiatives, and maintain a welcoming lobby while ensuring HIPAA compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, medical spa, or other healthcare setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with a warm, outgoing personality.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and medical administrative responsibilities.
• Comfortable using scheduling or EMR software.
• Experience with lead follow-up or patient outreach is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and interest in men's health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for every patient visit.
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out for scheduled and walk-in appointments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays and payments, and maintain accurate patient information.
• Follow up on inbound leads, reactivate inactive patients, and support patient retention initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with patients by providing personalized, concierge-level service.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and front office environment.
• Support daily clinic operations while ensuring HIPAA compliance and an efficient patient experience.
