We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Traveling New Patient Coordinator to support our Orthodontic department. This pivotal role involves traveling between our Greensboro and Winston Salem locations, following the Orthodontist to assist with patient care and coordination. The schedule is Mon/Tues in Winston Salem, Wed/Thurs in Greensboro, with Fridays off.

Position Overview:

As a Traveling New Patient Coordinator, you will be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for new Orthodontic patients. Your role includes welcoming patients, explaining treatment options, coordinating care, and ensuring a smooth experience across both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new patient consultations: office tours, treatment and financial overview, initial records, scheduling appointments, sending correspondence
  • Prepare and present bonding contracts: set up contracts, review agreements, collect payments, submit insurance claims, set up auto-drafts
  • Manage patient reports and appointment confirmations
  • Schedule maintenance and follow-ups
  • Monitor and respond to emails
  • Support administrative and clinical tasks as needed
