Northwest Eye Clinic in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to warmly welcome patients, verify information, schedule appointments, and manage recalls. Starting pay is $18.50-$21.00 per hour, with a supportive team and progressive benefits.

The role requires strong customer service skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a busy medical office. Previous office experience is preferred and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience.
• Experience in a medical practice is preferable.

Northwest Eye Clinic has an opening for a full-timePatient Coordinator. This position would be at our Golden Valley location.

SUMMARY

This individual is responsible for welcoming patients to the practice; treating all patients in a professional and courteous manner; checking-in patients; reviewing patient charts to verify necessary information and signatures; entering new patient information into the computer; answering the telephone; directing calls to appropriate personnel; scheduling appointments; enter in patient recalls. Starting pay is $18.50-$21.00/hour.
