Job summary

Ivy Health in Randolph, NJ is hiring a Patient Coordinator for a full-time role. You will support scheduling, patient communications, and clinic operations across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of healthcare administrative experience, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), and excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Compensation Range: $20-22/hr.
