Ivy Health is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and to support front office operations at our Pennsylvania clinics. The role involves patient registration, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Position Summary:

The Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a critical role in delivering a welcoming, organized, and efficient clinic experience. This role supports front office operations such as patient registration, patient scheduling and other administrative tasks to ensure seamless coordination between patients and the clinical team. The Patient Coordinator supports clinic workflows by maintaining accurate patient records, appointment management, and providing excellent customer service to patients and families.

Patient Coordinator - Full-Time

Compensation Range: $19-22/hr.
