Blink Health is seeking a Technical Writer to join the Knowledge Management & Communications team and own patient-facing content within Patient Services Operations. You will translate complex healthcare information into clear, empathetic, and actionable content that empowers patients and supports consistency across touchpoints.

This role focuses on Help Center content, AI-ready materials, and collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and Digital Experience teams to ensure brand-aligned, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Technical Writing, Content Strategy, Knowledge Management, Communications, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient-facing support content, including Help Center articles, IVR messaging, and macros.
• Write Help Center articles to empower patients with self-service, and train the AI Agent to better support customers.
• Design a Help Center structure that is intuitive and easy to navigate.
• Craft sample messaging that accelerates agents' ability to support patients across channels.
• Design AI-ready content by structuring information for conversational AI, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
