Job summary

Blink Health is expanding its Patient Services Operations team and is seeking an Associate, Internal Communications & Knowledge Management who will shape internal messaging and maintain the knowledge base. You will craft announcements, campaigns, and change messaging to keep teams informed and engaged.

You?ll also create and maintain knowledge documents that ensure alignment between communications and operations, supporting growth during periods of change and scaling.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of internal communications experience with strong messaging and storytelling instincts.
• Ability to create visual assets to enhance communications.
• Advanced writing skills with clarity and concision across announcements and documentation.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging messaging under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of customer service or patient support workflows.
• Strong attention to detail; experience in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications, including team announcements, newsletters, leadership updates, and program rollouts.
• Support change communications for new processes, products, and drug launches with clear messaging.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across product, operations, and leadership to translate complex changes into clear messaging.
• Maintain internal communication channels and cadence to ensure consistent information flow across the department.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and standard operating procedures for new processes and products.
• Audit and review materials to keep communications and documentation up to date with evolving needs.
