OOSC is seeking a Patient Representative to provide exceptional patient experiences through intake and scheduling processes at the West Des Moines location.

The role supports the front office and billing functions, answers phones, and guides patients from registration through scheduling for surgery, maintaining a compassionate, professional presence and collaborating with DMOS teammates to deliver outstanding care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical front-office environment preferred.
• Strong typing and computer skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient intake and scheduling at the registration desk.
• Answer phones and page other professionals as needed.
• Support front office and billing activities and ensure smooth patient flow from entry to surgery.
