Description

We are seeking to fill our full time Patient Concierge - Medical Receptionist position with an experienced individual who is a master at multi-tasking and loves to help make patients feel welcome upon arrival. The primary responsibilities will be scheduling, answering phones, and other duties such as patient online inquiries.

Hours: 7:45am – 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome patients with compassion and professionalism, creating a supportive and positive experience.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate clinical team.
• Register patients, update electronic medical records (EMR), verify insurance information, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collect copayments, process payments, and assist patients with basic billing and insurance questions.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Provide administrative support by preparing medical records, coordinating communication with clinical staff, and assisting with daily front office operations.

• One year of medical administrative or medical call center experience is REQUIRED.
