Talentify is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to handle inbound/outbound calls and emails, guiding new and existing patients through registration and scheduling while maintaining confidentiality. The role emphasizes compliance with HIPAA, strong organization, and proficient use of EMR platforms.
Initial work is on-site in Texas with potential transition to hybrid with some remote work after a probation period. Strong customer-service focus and bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued.
Our Patient Access Specialist will ensure positive and proactive communications with prospective and existing patients via inbound and outbound telephone calls and email. The communication should be aligned and with the focus on providing the best possible patient experience at all times. This position handles all new patient inquiries, obtains patient registration, and reports weekly and monthly data (inquiries and registrations) as requested.
This position begins as a fully on-site role. Team members who demonstrate strong performance and reliability during their first 90 days will be eligible to transition to a hybrid work schedule, with the opportunity to work remotely on a part-time basis.
