Responsibilities

• Greet and provide information to orient patients and family members to the section, department and facility.
• Answer all needs of patient and expedite completion of examinations and dismissal of patients.
• Communicate movement of patients within the facility.
• Proficiently uses Health System systems (telephone, pager, computer, fax, SMS, Imagecast, Medview and photocopiers) and resolves scheduling conflicts or delays.
