Penn Medicine's Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Full-Time Hospital Aide I in Radiology Reception in Philadelphia, PA. The role greets patients, helps orient them, and expedites examinations and dismissal.

Responsibilities include using the Health System's telephone and paging systems, computer systems, fax machines, SMS system, and other tools to resolve patient needs and coordinate scheduling with empathy and efficiency.

The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Full-Time Hospital Aide!

Summary: The Hospital Aide I is expected to answer all needs of patient and expedite completion of examinations and dismissal of patients. Responsible for greeting and providing information to help orient patients and family members to the section, department and facility. Communicate movement of patients within the facility. Proficiently uses the Health System's telephone and pager systems, computer systems, fax machines, SMS system, Imagecast system, Medview system, financial posting systems, and photocopiers. Troubleshoots to resolve patient and family member needs and problems. Anticipates and resolves scheduling conflicts/ patient delays. (Radiology Reception - Philadelphia, PA)

Credentials
