Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an entry-level Phlebotomist/PSR I to greet patients, assist with check-ins, and support phlebotomy operations in Naples, FL. The role involves working Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm EST, with 3+ months duration and potential extension.

You will help with lobby duties, patient questions, and assist phlebotomists as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma, phlebotomy experience, and 1–2 years of client-facing customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience is required.
• Phlebotomy experience is required, even as intern/extern.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-ins at the lobby kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Assist in the draw room and cover breaks to support staffing shortages.
• Maintain waiting area cleanliness and ensure patient confidentiality and accurate information handling.
• Provide exemplary customer service and help explain procedures to patients.
