Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year customer service experience.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: clear communication, empathy, professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain order and efficiency in lobby area.
• Facilitate communication between patients and back-end pharmacy staff.
• Assist with Callen Lorde health services navigation and pharmacy app/text notifications.
