Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and visitors in the lobby.
• Provide information and assistance to patients and visitors.
• Escort patients to locations and assist with wheelchair as needed.
• Answer telephone calls clearly and promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and a neat, organized lobby area.
