Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years related customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Hospital experience and basic typing skills preferred.
• Ability to use computer terminals to access information.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow from entry to service area and direct to appropriate staff.
• Check in patients with Patient Access using Epic, Spark, Excel, Teletracking tools.
• Provide Notary and concierge services (lost and found, mail, packages).
• De-escalate issues and coordinate with Patient Advocacy and Security.
• Conduct facility tours for students, staff, and expectant parents; schedule tours.
