Qualifications

• Two years related experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct and assist patients and guests to promote a safe and seamless flow.
• Assist with patient registration, tours, and Notary services; manage incoming mail and packages.
• Coordinate with Patient Access, Advocacy and Security to resolve issues and enhance patient experience.
