Qualified candidates will have customer service strengths, ability to navigate multiple computer systems, and BLS certification within 30 days of start. This position supports CareNow’s mission within a large healthcare network.

Qualifications

• 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
• Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work with multiple computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients in a timely manner and follow Web Check-in procedures.
• Answer clinic phone calls and provide information or refer questions as needed.
• Verify insurance timely and accurately.
• Follow the occupational client’s preference card and occupational procedures.
