Job summary

Holland Hospital is seeking a part-time lobby receptionist to provide friendly, professional front-desk service in the hospital lobbies. The role supports patients, visitors and staff by delivering information and assistance with a courteous and capable approach.

Under the supervision of leadership, this position involves greeting, way-finding, reporting safety or service concerns, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area. Weekend shifts are included as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists patients, visitors and staff with way-finding, information and requests in a friendly, capable and professional manner.
• Monitors hospital lobbies and promptly addresses safety, security, housekeeping, customer service and other concerns that may impact patients, visitors and staff.
• Maintains an efficient, professional workspace including lobby desks, entryways and common spaces.
• Initiates and maintains communication with other reception positions; liaises with on-duty Security Staff to communicate relevant information.
