Job summary

AirSculpt Boston is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Concierge) to warmly greet patients, manage the schedule, and maintain medical records with care. The role requires teamwork, professional communication, and excellence in guest service within a healthcare setting.

You will handle high call volumes, support daily operations, and ensure a clean, well-organized front desk. Weekend availability and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum front desk/administrative support interfacing with clients, patients or vendors.
• Scheduling tools experience (e.g., My Aesthetics Pro).
• Experience handling patient charts or managing a filing system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to the practice; answer the phone promptly and professionally.
• Manage the clinic schedule and patient appointments; ensure check-in per policy.
• Create, maintain and file medical records.
• Keep front desk areas clean and stocked; notify management when stock is low.
• Support daily operations as needed by the Practice Manager.
