Medi-Weightloss of Framingham is hiring for a Patient Coordinator & Clinic Growth Lead to guide prospective patients from first inquiry through enrollment. This on-site role emphasizes warmth, organization, and relationship-building within a growing clinic.

You will coordinate scheduling, follow up with inquiries, and support community outreach to drive clinic growth while maintaining an excellent patient experience. Some evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in patient coordination or related service-focused roles.
• Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage the day and prioritize independently.

Responsibilities

• Connect prospective patients with care and explain program options.
• Assist with scheduling, enrollment, and patient check-in/out.
