Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform patient check-in and complete necessary paperwork.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtain and verify patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductibles.
• Copy/scan patient-related materials into the EMR.
• Prepare charts for patient appointments with complete information.
