Qualifications

• Must be able to react quickly and calmly to emergency situations.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and communicate clearly.
• Excellent phone etiquette and accurate information handling are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the PBX to answer incoming and in-house calls.
• Respond to emergency codes quickly with proper paging.
• Call patients to update addresses as directed by supervisor.
• Review updates in communication logs and memos.
• Inventory contents of the safe at the start of each shift with security present.
