Emplify Health is hiring a Telecommunications Service Assistant to manage external and internal calls for Gundersen Health System departments on the Onalaska or La Crosse campuses, maintaining an empathetic, professional approach. The role includes pager/on-call duties, documentation, and routine clerical tasks.

Starting pay is $17.93/hr with shift differentials; hours are 9:00am–5:30pm, with occasional evenings and weekend rotations; onsite at Onalaska, WI.

Responsibilities

• Use screening questions and call flows to determine the best outcome for callers
• Administrate pager and on-call schedules, support emergent events, and document clerical tasks
