Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a customer-focused Medical Office Call Center Associate to handle high volumes of calls and maintain accurate patient records in the EMR.

The role requires strong communication, privacy compliance, and multitasking abilities, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) from Chapel Hill/Concord, NC. Prior healthcare call center experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare call center.

Responsibilities

• Respond appropriately to a high volume of incoming calls, remaining professional and courteous.
• Verify and update patient information during each interaction; enter accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, insurance, office policies and procedures to clients/customers.
• Triage calls and messages and route to the appropriate department or team member.
• Full-time 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in our Chapel Hill or Concord office, 2 days at home.
