Sending out statements and setting up payment plans.PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Promote the mission, values, and vision of the organization.Provide excellent customer service for clients; practices confidentiality and privacy protocols in accordance with HIPAA requirements.Maintain a timely turnaround for collections.Work with admissions to achieve the most accurate insurance information and perform other duties as required within the Billing Department.This list of essential functions is not intended to be exhaustive.
