Delmar Gardens is seeking a Patient Clinical Manager for St. Joseph Villa Homecare and Hospice in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on staff regulatory compliance, meticulous audit of patient records, and timely clinical reviews to uphold high-quality patient care.

Job Duties Include

• Manage staff compliance with regulatory expectations
• Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance
• Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines
• Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data
• Maintain quality data and reports
• Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results
• Collaborate with clinical team to identify performance improvement/QAPI issues and staff educational needs
• Coordinate and execute staff education as it relates to above
