The role involves coordinating clinician education, analyzing audit data, and ensuring timely clinical reviews to support safe patient care. Responsibilities include supervising staff, following up on audit results, and collaborating with the clinical team to identify QAPI needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospice required.
• Attention to detail yielding accurate outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• May provide direct patient care to support safe, high-quality care.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff compliance with regulatory expectations.
• Audit patient records for ongoing documentation compliance.
• Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines.
• Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data.
• Maintain quality data and reports.
• Collaborate with hospice staff to follow up on audit results.
• Identify performance improvement/QAPI needs with the clinical team.
• Coordinate and deliver staff education related to above.
