Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors at check-in and handle registration steps in Epic.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors, radiology, and labs as needed.
• Manage phone communications, voicemails, and patient inquiries.
• Reconcile appointments and cash handling, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with MyChart and kiosks for self-registration and arrivals, and provide guidance to patients.
• Support patient flow with wayfinding and release form processing as required.
• Review scheduling to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
