• Knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations with high efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, direct to the correct party, and schedule requests.
• Schedule procedures and coordinate with clinical teams.
• Change and cancel appointments as needed and update records.
• Provide accurate information to patients regarding tests and results.
• Assist with procedures scheduling after office visits.
• Escalate complaints to leadership when necessary.
• Maintain pre-registration accuracy for health coverage.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure smooth workflow.
