Job summary

• Education: PT degree from accredited program.
• Licenses: Texas PT license or PT Compact Commission.
• Direct access PT: Doctoral degree with residency or fellowship, OR licensed therapist with 30 hours of continuing competence in differential diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluation of patients.
• Implement physical therapy treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Document findings, progress and instruction in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, insurers and colleagues as needed.
• Supervise or guide assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
