Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluation of patients and develop goals and plans of care.
• Implement physical therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Document findings, progress and care plans in the medical record.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians and insurers as needed.
• Mentor students, interns and staff when applicable.
